NEW! ABBEY ROAD in MONO (a BIG .mp4 file, so give it some time to load)
I've taken RockBand multitrack stems and mixed and mastered them for the first time in true mono. This is NOT a fold-down stereo to mono, which was a common thing to do decades ago to save time and money. Up to the time of this album's release in 1969, all previous Beatles albums were mixed and released in mono in addition to stereo. The mono releases were the preferred versions in the estimation of the band.

An OUTFAKE of The Beatles' "Penny Lane."
It's similar to an outtake or alternate mix but the difference is that its origin is not EMI Studios. I took two different mono versions of the song and mixed them together. Version 1 features the original cor anglais horn and version 2 features the more familiar
piccolo trumpet played by David Mason. I think they sound great mixed together.
